As an accredited supplier of the code, Housebuilder Pro offers housebuilders signed up to the code a suite of software tools to enable the easy following of the code.
Our latest tool is a comprehensive system to enable the following of the code’s complaints procedure. This will soon be live in the Housebuilder Pro platform for housebuilders that are signed up to the code.
To mark this expansion of our system the Housebuilder Pro team are hosting a webinar on the 12th of September. Andrew Preece, Engagement Manager of the New Homes Quality Board will be providing a presentation to help new homes professionals with this procedure.
After this presentation, attendees will have an opportunity to ask Andrew questions, so it will be an excellent chance for those in the new homes industry to go right to the source.

The New Homes Quality Board are working to increase standards and buyer faith in the new homes industry. The board and their code are all part of government-mandated measures such as Building Regulations 40 Part L, that followed in the wake of the Grenfell disaster.
