Housebuilder Pro and NHQB Complaints Procedure webinar a roaring success

Housebuilder Pro’s new complaints process launches, further enhancing the platform’s end to end coverage of the new homes sales process.

To mark this launch, Housebuilder Pro’s Nick Taylor hosted a webinar alongside Andrew Preece, Industry Engagement Manager for the New Homes Quality Board, to comprehensively run through the complaints process.

An accredited supplier of the NHQC, Housebuilder Pro enables builders to follow the key principles of the code.

The New Homes Quality Code complaints process aims to be the standard in addressing customer complaints, but it requires a strong level of commitment by builders. The new complaints process tool empowers new home builders to handle complaints in line with the code.

Preece said: “The NHQB complaints procedure webinar was a fantastic opportunity for developers to explore the NHQB’s background and look at the new complaints procedure introduced by the Code. We also discussed how best to deal with Ombudsman complaints and how Housebuilder Pro’s innovative software solution can lead to better, quality outcomes. We would like to thank Nick and the whole team for making the event such a success”.

Over 100 new home companies attended the webinar, exploring how both Housebuilder Pro and the NHQB can aid their business. Attendees of the webinar benefited from their industry expertise and had the opportunity to clarify their concerns regarding the process.

Housebuilder Pro’s new tool tracks each complaint through the process. Monitoring its acknowledgement, resolution, response and closure. This tool goes one step further, integrating into the Housebuilder Pro system. This enables a builder to assign tasks to their team, resolving complaints effortlessly.
