Assign notifications to members of your team that utilise Housebuilder Pro, allowing them to receive updates on critical customer checkpoints and essential changes to the system. Receive updates on new or updated contacts, reserved plots, completed customer choices, exchanged plots, completed plots, newly issued technical drawings, revised technical drawings, new inspection snags, resolved inspection snags, new aftercare snags, and resolved aftercare snags. An alert for all stakeholders of the new home construction process, helping you take action with a sense of immediacy.

Admins can turn on specific notifications for their users. Begin type their name to receive a suggested user

Users of the system with admin access are able to modify notifications for their users, turning them on or off for each event checkpoint in the system.

Once you have found your desired notification recipient, edit their preferences by ticking each system checkpoint

Each user can has entirely configurable notification preferences, so if members of your team are wanting to find out key information quicker, they can do, or if they’d rather not get notified about something, that can be adhered to as well.

The user will then receive instant notifications to their device via email, allowing for immediate action to take place

For each assigned notification, users will receive emails instantly as soon as a checkpoint has been passed. This gives users immediate access to the critical information they need to step up to the mark and carry out their requirements for sales and build progression workflow to continue.
