Brought in last year, the Code builds on existing arrangements to protect home buyers, improve building quality and ensure an effective after-care system is in place for #newhomesales.
The New Homes Quality Board’s (NHQB) Industry Engagement Manager, Andrew Preece, joined the webinar and shared his insights on the specific ways the NHQB is helping the housebuilding sector to improve. As Housebuilder Pro is one of the leading software companies working as an Accredited Supplier for the New Homes Quality Board, each of the Code’s 10 principles have helped to form the key tenets of Housebuilder Pro’s end-to-end service.
The New Homes Quality Code mandates that a home must be complete before homeowners move in and customers must have a fair reservation agreement, including all relevant information brought forward before purchase.
