Housebuilder Pro is hosted on Microsoft Azure’s cloud platform, Azure being one of the most secure working environments that organisations can use regarding software. Everything sent within the Azure environment is automatically encrypted and Housebuilder Pro is fully GDPR compliant.
We use Locally Redundant Storage (LRS), which means our storage is replicated 3 times within a single Azure facility. LRS protects against hardware failure within the facility for continuity of service. All of our storage stays within the UK, using in-region storage. Our databases, and therefore your valuable business data, are backed up every 6 minutes – so data loss worries really are a thing of the past.

Yes. During the onboarding process, our team will ensure the seamless transfer of all of your existing CRM data from your previous system, if you have one. Our system can handle even the largest amount of data entries.
Training can be delivered at any point during your time with us via any online videoconferencing application.
